Ezine Marketing
Well first of all an ezine is a magazine in electronic format, which is delivered to people via email. Ezine marketing is another method of marketing which is often overlooked because it usually requires an upfront payment.
Ok so how do we market our products or services by ezine’s??
Well the key is to find a publisher of a large ezine that is relevant to your niche. You then contact them and negotiate on where you can place an advertisement and for what price. A good ad in a popular ezine will bring tonnes of targeted visitors to your site. There are four different types of ads you can place in ezines. These are banner ads, classified ads, solo ads and sponsored ads.
Sponsored Ads usually appear at the top of the ezine and are seen by readers as soon as they open it up. Thus they cost more than classified ads because of their placement.
Classified Ads are usually three to five lines of text with around 70 characters.
Banner Ads are usually placed in the middle or side of the ezine. Although they can also appear near the top of the page.
Solo Ads are when the ezine publisher mails out your ad individually by email to all of its subscribers. They are published separately so your ad will be the only thing the readership receives in that mailing. Your solo ad is your sales letter to the ezine list so it is imperative that your copy is high quality. You have to tap into peoples emotions and give them a real life reason to click on your link and buy your product or service.
Like I mentioned earlier the most important factor of ezine marketing is to actually find the best ezine to market to. That is one most related to your specific niche and also one that has a large readership base. This potentially means more targeted visitors to your website.

Hey, I wanted to tell you thanks for posting this and also to let you know that I’m having trouble getting your site to work in Internet Explorer. However, if I switch to Firefox, it seems to work perfectly fine. Not sure if it’s a problem with one of the plugins you use, or if it’s something wrong on my end, who knows.
